Venue, Travel and Hotels for the 2026 Conferences:
- The Conference Venue is the Mövenpick Hotel Budapest Centre, Rákóczi út 43-45, Budapest, 1088 Hungary. The venue for the Author Seminar is the same as the Conference Venue.
- This is a newly renovated hotel in the grand art nouveau style.

- Every booking must be made with a credit card.
- Cancelation of the booking until the 22nd June 2026 is free.
Between the 22nd June and 27th July 2026 one night will be charged.
After the 27th July 2026 the full booking will be charged.
- In the case of no show and and early leaving the full booking will be charged.
In this case the net price + VAT + breakfast will be charged.
- The room prices:
- Single room: EUR 99 / room / night + tourism tax
- Double room: EUR 119 / room / night + tourism tax
The room prices contain the accomodation, the 5% VAT, buffett breakfast,
but it does not contain the Tourism tax, which is 4% of the net room price.
The tourism tax must be paid in the hotel.
Every room has instant coffee and tea making facility, 2 bootles of water
on the day of arrival and free wifi.
- Check-in is available on the day of arrival after 16:00.
- Check-out is until 10:00 on the day of departure.
- In the case of early arrival and later leaving a storage room is available for the luggages.

- You can get a taxi from Budapest Airport (BUD) at the official taxi rank outside the Arrivals Hall, where you'll be assigned a car at a staffed booth. There is also a Booth in side the arrivals. Alternatively, you can book rides via the Uber app or other services like miniBUD airport shuttle. Taxis can be paid for with cash or cards, and tips of around 10% are common for longer journeys.
