Registered participants may attend sessions from either CST 2026 or ECT 2026.

The following Additional Items are subject to availability.

• All fees include VAT elements computed at the appropriate EU rates.
• All invoices and receipts will be itemized in accordance with EU VAT regulations - it is not possible to change the itemization on the invoices/receipts. Some of the items are not available separately.
• Payment of Registration Fees by Bank Transfer is preferred but payment by Credit Card is possible. Payments should be in full and all bank charges are the responsibility of the participant.
• Registration is made with Civil-Comp Hungary Kft.
• Student Registrations apply to participants under the age of 30 years at the start of the Conferences. Students should provide a scan of their International Student Card
• The Author Registration Rate is only available for participants who have a paper acceptance. (Papers must be submitted first and if accepted the Author and Co-Authors will be able to register at the author rate.)
• The above Registration fees include: participation in the CST 2026 and ECT 2026 Conference Sessions, Welcome Drinks Reception (on the evening Thursday 27th August), Lunches and Coffee Breaks on the Friday 28th and Saturday 29th August.
• The CST 2026 and ECT 2026 Conference Openings will be at 4pm on Thursday 27th August. The CST 2026 and ECT 2026 Conferences will close at approximately 12 noon on Saturday 29th August. For times of sessions please see the Conference Programme which will be available to download two weeks before the conferences.
• The Conference Dinner on the evening of the Friday 29th August is by ticket price 95 Euros per person.
• All participants should state their dietary requirements on the registration so these can be taken into account for catering.
• The Author Seminar is scheduled on the Wednesday 26th August 2pm to 6pm with a mid-seminar coffee break. Participants who wish to attend this seminar should register for the seminar when they register for the conferences. The Author Seminar is separate from the conferences and participation is only open for participants registered for the seminar.
• Please note that it is the responsibility of all participants to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including registration fees, in the event that they are unable to travel for whatever reason.
