Venue, Travel and Hotels for the 2026 Conferences:
- The Conference Venue is the Mövenpick Hotel Budapest Centre, Rákóczi út 43-45, Budapest, 1088 Hungary. The venue for the Author Seminar is the same as the Conference Venue.
- This is a newly renovated hotel in the grand art nouveau style.
The room rates are very attractive for conference participants.

- You can get a taxi from Budapest Airport (BUD) at the official taxi rank outside the Arrivals Hall, where you'll be assigned a car at a staffed booth. There is also a Booth in side the arrivals. Alternatively, you can book rides via the Uber app or other services like miniBUD airport shuttle. Taxis can be paid for with cash or cards, and tips of around 10% are common for longer journeys.
- The venue of the hotel is in the centre of Budapest so there are many other hotels near the conference hotel. You can see a number of them on the location map link given above.
